Pastor Linda Marie Sheppard

1st Lady

Linda is the beloved wife of Dr. Horace Sheppard Jr., the mother of four adult children and the proud “G-Mom” of 10 grandchildren.
 

Pastor Linda Marie Sheppard is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania she is a licensed ordained minister. She received and accepted her call into the prophetic ministry under the pastorate of the late Bishop Dr. Horace W. Sheppard, Sr.  

 

She has served faithfully alongside her husband and pastor, Reverend Horace W. Sheppard, Jr. for 41 years. Together they have ministered the gospel of Jesus Christ locally as well as internationally to multitudes of people.  The Sheppards have served as pastoral leadership to congregations in East Palo Alto, CA, Kansas City, MO and in 1998 they succeeded Bishop Dr. Horace W. Sheppard Sr, and became the senior leadership team for the West Oak Lane Church of God in Philadelphia, PA. In 2013 the Church transitioned into Bethesda Christian Fellowship COG.

 

At the tender age of fifteen, Linda left Philadelphia to attend Saints Academy (a private school affiliated with the Church of God in Christ) located in Lexington, Mississippi. At age seventeen she attended Lincoln University located in Jefferson City, Missouri where she mainly focused on Business Administration; Linda continued her education in Philadelphia, PA. In 2002 she became a certified Massage Therapist, and opened up her business, Transforming Touch Message Therapy (For Women by Women).   In 2006 she added to her entrepreneur résumé by becoming a Certified Travel Agent. She is the CEO of a family owned and operated consultation business named to honor her four adult children Joshua, Brian, Adrienne and Nathaniel (J’BAN Enterprise).

 

Linda’s natural talents and spiritual gifting has enabled her to fulfill roles as Preacher, Seminar & Conference Leader, and as a voice of encouragement specializing in the area of Women’s Ministries. Currently, she serves as Executive Operational Supervisor for the Ministry of Bethesda Christian Fellowship COG.

 

Pastor Linda’s deepest conviction is to “live life” worthy of her callings in Christ Jesus.
